Questions, answered

When do I get billed?

You are billed 30 days after your first real use of the product.  You are free to test the system as much as you want, however, once you turn off the testing, you are considered a customer to be billed.  

What do I do when I want to change my phone number?

If you manage your own account, simply add a new number in the administration page.  If your account is managed, let your account manager know you want a new number. 

Can I use a short number like 88833?

Can I use a short number like 88833 instead of a full number 281-330-8004?

Absolutely! Short numbers are more expensive to purchase and require annual recurring fees, but our SMS provider, Twilio, allows you to purchase them.  Businesses often choose short code numbers because they are easy to remember, with less chance of making errors when customers enter the number.  We help with this by creating QR codes customers can scan to join your loyalty club, request curbside pickup, submit surveys and job applications... any action a customer would need to do, we make it easy and seamless for them.

I already have a list of customers, can I bring them over?
