No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Tenants can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their messages and building news. There’s no app and no password.
Can we import our tenant list?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of names, units, phone numbers and emails, and assign each tenant to buildings or other categories as you import.
Can tenants see each other’s messages?
No. Every conversation is private between your office and the tenant. Group messages go out to each tenant on their own.
What does texting cost?
