Order tracker

• Start from a template (pizza delivery, pickup order, auto service) or make your own steps, each with a picture or icon.
• Staff move an order along with one tap, and the customer is told by text and/or email.
• Customers follow it on a live page with every step, your notes, photos and PDFs, and a ready time.
• Orders appear on the customer’s own page, and they choose how they hear about updates.

Valet parking

• Check a car in on a phone: plate, make, color, key tag, spot, and photos of every side and any damage.
• The customer gets their ticket and a link. They tap Get my car, or pick a time.
• The valet board shows requests first, with live wait times, then every parked car.
• Customers see all the photos, which settles “was that scratch there?” before it starts.
• Daily numbers: cars, average wait and new customers.
