Hi Dana, Biscuit did great today and is ready to go home! Pick her up any time before 6.

Thank you so much!

We’ll email her care instructions, too.

How it works in a veterinary clinic

Six moments that used to be phone calls

Each message goes out by text and/or email, whichever your pet owners prefer, and every reply lands in one inbox.

The day before Appointment reminders

Reminders pet owners answer

Pet owners confirm or reschedule with one reply, so you know who’s coming.

Reminder: Biscuit’s checkup is tomorrow at 3:00 pm. Reply YES to confirm or NO to reschedule.

YES

When it’s due Reminders

Vaccine and checkup reminders

Send due-date reminders from your client list, so yearly visits don’t slip.

Biscuit is due for her rabies vaccine this month. Reply YES and we’ll call to book.

After surgery Conversations

“Ready to go home”

Let owners know the moment their pet is ready, and answer their questions in the same thread.

Biscuit is awake and doing well. She can go home after 4.

Can she eat tonight?

After a visit Review requests

More 5-star reviews

Happy clients get your Google link, and anyone unhappy reaches you privately first.

Thanks for bringing Biscuit in today! Was it a good visit? Reply YES or NO.

YES, everyone was so kind

Questions veterinary clinics ask

Do pet owners need to download an app?

No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Pet owners can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their appointments and messages. There’s no app and no password.

Do we have to change our practice software?

No. Export your appointments or due dates to a spreadsheet and upload it, or add clients one at a time.

What about clients with more than one pet?

Each client has one profile and one conversation, so a family with three dogs gets a single message thread.

What does texting cost?

Text messages are billed by how many you send, separately from your plan. Email is included in every plan.
