Do members need to download an app?

No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Members can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their reservations and rewards. There’s no app and no password.

Can we text our sales and events?

Phone carriers restrict texts about firearms, so promotions go out by email. Lane and class messages can still go by text.

How do members check in?

Staff check members in from a tablet or computer at the counter, and rewards add up from there.

What does texting cost?

Text messages are billed by how many you send, separately from your plan. Email is included in every plan.
