Questions family fun centers ask
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Guests can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their bookings and rewards. There’s no app and no password.
Does it replace our booking software?
No. Keep booking the way you do now. Upload bookings from a spreadsheet or add them by hand for reminders.
Can we message a whole party group?
Yes. Add the party’s parents to a group and send details to everyone at once.
What does texting cost?
Text messages are billed by how many you send, separately from your plan. Email is included in every plan.
