Do parents need to download an app?
No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Parents can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their messages and center news. There’s no app and no password.
Can both parents get messages?
Yes. Add each parent and put them both in the classroom group, and they’ll each get every message.
Can teachers send messages?
Yes. Give teachers staff logins, and they can message their classroom group from the same inbox.
What does texting cost?
Text messages are billed by how many you send, separately from your plan. Email is included in every plan.
