Questions hair salons ask

Do clients need to download an app?

No. Messages arrive by text and/or email. Clients can also log in to your page at thanku.deals with a one-time code to see their appointments, rewards and messages. There’s no app and no password.

Does it replace our booking software?

No. Keep booking the way you do now. Upload your appointments from a spreadsheet or add them by hand, and the reminders go out on time.

Can each stylist message their own clients?

Yes. Every client is in one shared directory, and you can put each stylist’s clients in their own group to message them together.

What does texting cost?

Text messages are billed by how many you send, separately from your plan. Email is included in every plan.
