The four automations

• Birthday: a treat a few days before each member’s birthday, once a year.
• Welcome: a hello right after someone joins, with an optional second message a few days later.
• We miss you: a nudge when a regular hasn’t visited in a while (45 days, or whatever you choose).
• VIP: a thank-you when someone reaches a number of visits you pick.

Set it once

• Write your message, with the customer’s first name filled in, and see exactly what they’ll get.
• Attach one of your coupons, good for the number of days you choose and usable once.
• Choose text, email or both. Each goes only to members who said yes to that channel.
